Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti is adamant the club will not sell Kaka. The Brazilian international has been continually linked with a move away from Milan with Real Madrid leading the chase for his signature.
Ancelotti is determined to keep hold of Kaka even though he concedes the financial problems in Italy make other leagues more attractive to players.
"I don't think Milan will ever let him go," said Ancelotti. "It is clear that Spanish and English football are favoured compared to us.
"In the past few years several important players have left Serie A and the collective television rights did not help, but Kaka is an entirely different story and there is no way that Milan will give up on him."
Ancelotti admitted this weekend's clash with Messina is a vital game for Milan after a slump in form.
"Tomorrow's game is one we must win," added Ancelotti. "It isn't an easy time for us, but a victory could be a good remedy and would allow us to regain serenity.
"This isn't our best moment, but we must find the strength to overcome the difficulties. We have the ability to beat Messina, even if our opponents have done well up until now."
