SEDAN SIGN SAMIR

Struggling Ligue One side Sedan are set to sign striker Samir Henaini.

The 22-year-old will pen a three-year contract with Les Sangliers after passing a medical examination.

Henaini will join the club from fourth division side Frejus.

Coach Serge Romano has already been axed by chairman Pascal Urano following a disappointing start to the season which currently sees them lie bottom of the table.

Now Urano is looking to add fresh blood to his side in order to try and avoid relegation for the newly-promoted side.

"A new striker will sign a professional three-year contract with CSSA," an announcement said on the club's website.

"Samir Henaini was a Frejus player. He is a versatile striker, athletic and a very promising talent."
