Viking trial Millwall stopper

Viking FK have taken Millwall full back Maurice Ross on trial.

The 26-year-old linked up with the Norwegians for their training camp in Spain on Wednesday.

Ross, who is a full Scottish international, will be hoping to convince Viking coach Uwe Rosler ahead of the new season.

Viking are also eyeing a further two English-based players in Icelanders Rurik Gislason and Emil Hallfredsson.

Charlton midfielder Gislason and Tottenham defender Hallfredsson have both struggled to establish themselves in the Premiership.
