Swindon boss Paul Sturrock believes everyone is a winner in the deal which will see Lukas Jutkiewicz join Everton.Jutkiewicz will move to Goodison Park on a four-year deal at the end of the season after The Toffees won the race for the 17-year-old.
Swindon could net up to £1million from the sale, while Sturrock accepts he could not block a great opportunity for the young striker.
"This deal is a no brainer," Sturrock told the Swindon Advertiser.
"I think it's a fantastic move for the lad, I think it's a fantastic deal for the club. We've got exceptional money.
"There's no way we could have stood in this lad's way. This is an opportunity that comes along very few times.
"We've got him to the end of the season and we're hopeful of negotiating some deal that if he was to come back out on loan again we would get first offer."
