The Dutch ace has endured a below-par season in West London with injury and loss of form restricting him to just 16 Premiership starts.
Robben has been linked with a move away from Chelsea with Barcelona reportedly interested, however, Smit has dispelled the rumours.
"The Chelsea management have been quite clear that Arjen is not leaving," he is quoted in The Sun.
Robben has been a big hit with Chelsea fans following his big-money move from PSV Eindhoven back in 2004.
