Guillaume Norbert has signed a two-year contract extension with Nantes.

Former Arsenal youngster Guillaume Norbert has signed a two-year contract extension with Ligue 1 bottom club Nantes.

The 26-year-old's contract was due to expire at the end of the season and he was expecting to leave on a free transfer.

But Norbert has impressed Les Canaris and has now been rewarded with a new deal.

"I have signed for two more years," Norbert told But.

"I am delighted because I always felt good here."
