Bovo blow for Torino

Torino have lost defender Cesare Bovo for the rest of the season after he broke his foot.

The 24-year-old only arrived in Turin in the January transfer window, but he has already become a mainstay of Gianni De Biasi's defence.

However, Bovo will now be sidelined after Torino's medical team decided surgery was needed after assessing the fracture.

The injury, which Bovo picked up in training, is a repeat of the one he suffered last summer.
