The latest bout of speculation suggests that Arsenal and Liverpool could be shaping up for a summer assault, with Internazionale, Milan and Manchester United also reportedly in the hunt for the three-time African Footballer of the Year.
Eto'o has never tried to hide his admiration for the Premiership, but is contracted to Los Cules until 2010 and remains one of the most deadly strikers in Spain, with eight goals to his name in ten league games this season.
Moreover, Spanish television station BT 8 reports that club sources have made it clear that they have no desire to sell Eto'o over the summer.
