Derby County goalkeeper Stephen Bywater has been hit with a one-game suspension, prompting Billy Davies to recall Lee Camp from a loan spell at Queens Park Rangers.Bywater has been banned after admitting a charge of improper conduct following The Rams' recent 2-1 defeat at Ipswich Town.
The keeper was sent off, along with Alex Bruce, in the game after the pair clashed, although the red cards were overturned on appeal.
However, both players were subsequently charged with improper conduct after tangling again in the aftermath of the dismissals.
The Football Association accepted Bywater's admission and meted out a one-game ban, along with a £2,000 fine.
Bywater, who was also warned as to his future conduct, will now miss Derby's game with Crystal Palace, with the club deciding against an appeal.
Rams boss Davies told the club's official website: "We're disappointed to lose Stephen for the next match, but in the circumstances it's the best we could hope for, considering he won the original appeal and then had to face this charge of improper conduct."
To compensate for Bywater's loss, Davies has summoned Camp back from his stint at QPR, with the England Under 21 international to vie with Lee Grant for a starting role against Palace.
Meanwhile, Ipswich defender Bruce denied his charge of improper conduct, but was fined £1,500 after being found guilt by the disciplinary commission.
