Lille angered by Gignac deal
Lille are considering an appeal over the transfer of Andre-Pierre Gignac to Toulouse.
Lille say they are considering an appeal to Ligue officials over the transfer of striker Andre-Pierre Gignac.
Toulouse chairman Olivier Sadran claimed they had signed the Lorient frontman on a four-year deal on Monday.
But his opposite number at Lille, Michel Seydoux insists Gignac had already signed an agreement to join LOSC.
Now Seydoux says he is no longer interested in signing the 22-year-old striker but alleges that rules have been broken.
"I won't fight against people that don't want to join us," Seydoux told L'Equipe.
"I have an agreement signed by the player and an agreement signed by his club.
"Rules have been scorned and we are considering the possibility of an appeal."
