Dudek weighs up Bolton offer

Jerzy Dudek says he could stay in England after receiving an offer from Bolton.

Jerzy Dudek claims he could stay in the Premier League after receiving an offer from Bolton Wanderers.

The experienced goalkeeper is available on a free transfer after he was released by Liverpool at the end of last season.

He recently revealed he had been offered a move to Real Madrid and was 'honoured' to be given the chance to join the Spanish champions.

Dudek is wanted by Real to provide the back-up to Iker Casillas, but Bolton have now registered an interest in the Poland international.

The former Feyenoord keeper admits the chance to link up with Sammy Lee's side has placed him in a quandary.

"I made a decision to leave England, but Bolton's offer has made me have a rethink," Dudek told the Sun.

"I still haven't signed anything with Real Madrid and I have other offers to consider very carefully."

Dudek has reportedly been offered a three-year deal by Bolton and would provide the competition to Jussi Jaaskelainen, who has vowed to fulfil the final season of his Reebok contract.
