Fleetwood's David Ball will compete against the likes of Carlos Tevez and Lionel Messi to win FIFA's Puskas award, but could he re-create it in training?

Fleetwood Town striker David Ball's goal against Preston in March has been shortlisted for FIFA's goal of the year award, but could he repeat it in training?

Ball's goal at the Highbury Stadium is one of 10 goals on the shortlist for the prize, which will be voted for by fans, and the winner will be announced on January 11 at the Ballon d'Or ceremony where he is competing with the likes of Carlos Tevez and Lionel Messi for the award.

But Ball has been challenged to see if he can re-create the goal in training, just like he did a week before scoring the actual goal in March.

So on a wet, windy day at Fleetwood's training ground, and without any outfield players in front of him, could the 25-year-old replicate his strike first time around?
