Graham becomes a free agent
Striker David Graham's contract at Sheffield Wednesday has been terminated by mutual consent.
Graham, 28, has been looking for a new club since being told he was surplus to manager Brian Laws' plans at Hillsborough.
He made just four substitute appearances for the Owls last season, and spent much of his time on loan at Bradford and then former club Torquay.
He had a trial with Gillingham earlier in the summer, with Gills boss Ronnie Jepson expressing an interest in signing him on a permanent deal.
A former trainee with Scottish giants Rangers, the Scot was signed from Wigan for £250,000 in the summer of 2005.
He was placed on the transfer list and fined two weeks' wages in March following a breach of club discipline.
