Manager happy with chairman
Martin Allen has dismissed reports of a rift with Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric.
The Foxes manger's job was rumoured to be under threat ahead of Leicester's 4-1 win over Watford at the weekend.
Allen and Mandaric were thought to have fallen out over the collapsed transfer of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
Mandaric was reported to be considering a move to replace Allen with former Newcastle boss Glenn Roeder.
Excellent relationship
However, Allen now insists he has an excellent working relationship with his chairman.
"There's no rift with him. Both of us have opinions but we just get on with our jobs, we don't let it effect us," Allen told
Sky Sports News.
"He is a very clever man and I have learnt an awful lot from him already. We get on really well.
"I've taken training, we have watched the DVDs of Saturday's game and carried on as normal. I enjoy my job and I love coming into work every day.
"I don't know where these stories come from. But if I thought about things like that I would end up sat in a room banging my head against a wall."
