Benni McCarthy is set to end his 19-month international exile after being called into the South Africa squad.
Benni McCarthy is set to end his 19-month international exile after being called into the South Africa squad for next month's clash with Zambia. The Blackburn striker has been included by coach Carlos Alberto Parreira for the African Cup of Nations qualifier on 9th September. The game will be McCarthy's first for South Africa since the 2-0 defeat to Tunisia in the African Cup of Nations in January 2006.
