Brazilian striker unlikely to leave Italians
Adriano is set to stay at Internazionale, according to the club's marketing director.
The Brazil striker has been rumoured to be close to a move away from the Italian champions and Manchester City, West Ham, Arsenal and Lazio have been linked with the forward.
Inter were said to be keen on a loan deal for Adriano, but the 25-year-old is thought to have opposed the idea.
"There have been several requests for the player, but in the end I think he'll stay with us," Inter marketing director Gabriele Oriali told Italy's Sky TV.
"I don't think there will be anything new for our market. We can consider it closed now."
Adriano has scored 43 goals in 99 appearances for Inter, but he struggled for form last season and found the back of the net only five times in 23 games.
