We are well into the business end of the football season and this weekend, the deals on the table are all set to be signed, sealed and delivered.

From Stamford Bridge, we head across London to White Hart Lane as Tottenham host Man City, in a match that will go some way to consolidating both clubs' current positions in the table.

City have stabilised their form after their crushing defeat at the hands of neighbours Manchester United and they will be looking to stay in second place, while Spurs will be trying to overtake Liverpool.

The Monday Night Football should be a cracker as Hull host Arsenal in a must-win game for both teams, as they seek to meet their minimum targets for the season.

Less clear-cut but equally compelling is the final day of the Sky Bet Football League. While the top two positions for automatic promotion are 99% certain, the final play-off positions in the Championship are far from foregone conclusions, so it's best to expect the unexpected in what is shaping up to be a nail-biting finish.

Derby and Ipswich are hanging on to their play-off places by their finger tips and will face Reading at home and Blackburn away respectively, in games that will make or break their seasons, and their summer plans.
