The Iron sign target man on three-month loan deal
Ben May has been loaned out to Championship side Scunthorpe on a three-month deal.
The Millwall striker has been a regular fixture for the Lions this season, but has only managed one goal in eight games in League One.
The 23-year-old target man will be available for selection for Scunthorpe's game at Colchester on Saturday, a side he spent two loan spells at in 2003 and 2004.
Scunthorpe have been in good scoring form at the start of the season, netting 11 times in seven league games, and they will hope that May can now add to their prowess.
However May's manager at Millwall, Willie Donachie, has requested a recall clause in the deal, which means he can cancel the loan after the first four weeks.
