Carl Froch may have retired, but he still packs a mean punch - as his fellow Soccer AM guests found out!
The Cobra joined Fenners and Helen on the sofa, resplendent in a Nottingham Forest shirt to support his side ahead of their Championship clash with Rotherham on Saturday.
Soccer AM gave viewers the chance to vote for who should take a punch from Froch - Jimmy Bullard or Paddy McGuinness.
