Chris Powell says he received a sympathetic phone call from Sir Alex Ferguson after he was sacked by Huddersfield.
The former Charlton boss left Huddersfield in November after 14 months in charge at the John Smith's Stadium, and speaking on Soccer AM, revealed the special chat he shared with the Premier League's most successful manager.
