It is that time again, when the Soccer AM crew show the world their skills by throwing some shapes on the dance – well, studio – floor.
You'll be glad to know that Rocket hasn't lost his passion for the competition, even after his sixth win last year. And luckily for the safety of others (and our insurance bill) Adam will not be using beans in his routine this year.

How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? When there’s no competition you don’t need to practise.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? Very high
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Me! Bring on the seventh star.
BOBBIE
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? Watching the ‘How to Bhangra’ DVD over and over.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? Same as a slice of Pizza on Razor Ruddock’s plate.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Scott ‘Zlatan’ Lavell – His signature move: ‘The Drop.’

How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? Do people actually prepare??? Oh...
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I think Rocket's the only winner to have ever taken the trophy home. It wouldn’t look right on my mantelpiece!
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? My money’s on Jamie Allen – I’d tip him a fiver for his ‘dancing’
SCOTT
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I’ve been hitting the dance floor of Liquid Luton hard this year. We’ll find out if it’s paid off on Saturday!
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I would happily take a mid-table finish now.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? I’ll be urging my friends and family to vote Rocket. I want to see that seventh star on his bot.
JAMIE
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I’ve been practising by holding my breath under the bath and eating lots of raw meat.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I think I peaked at third place last year. I reckon only my mum will vote for me.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? I think Rocket will win. I know how much he wants another tattoo on his backside.
DAVE
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I’ve been watching that Icelandic football team’s goal celebrations online. #Novelty
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I’d say I’m probably the favourite. I’ve been underachieving in past years but this time Andy Carroll has given me some unstoppable moves
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Ash will win this year. The whole of Derby are rooting for him. If he wins he said he will get a Derby County ram tattooed on his behind so there’s an excuse to vote for him.
ADAM
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I haven’t prepared anything, I’ll be thinking of some shapes to throw into the mixer this week. I can confirm though that I definitely won’t be bringing beans into any dancing or television environment ever again. #Schoolboyerror
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I’d say I’m probably somewhere in the middle – Rocket and Lisa usually go down as favourites and Dev the Ledge will probably come last (behind Don’t Care).
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Rocket – The Dance Off is his life! He lives for it.

How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I've been working hard alongside my dance coach and eating a lot of vegetables. Stretching is also a must every morning. When you’re competing at this level you don’t need any silly injuries.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? The same as I rate my chance every year… I haven’t got one.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Rocket or Franky as those two really want to win so bad. They will deny it, but trust me they have been practising for months.
ASH
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I’ve been too engrossed in watching Corrie and eating cobs to even think about preparing.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? As much chance of them bringing out cob-flavoured Kettle chips – slim to none.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Scott – he’s a great mover – his signature move could win him the hearts of millions.
JAMES
How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? Failing to prepare is preparing to fail… I’ve failed to prepare.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? Unless the person who wins the Dance Off for some strange reason wants to come round my house after the show, there is no chance that the trophy is coming home with me.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? Depends who says they’ll get a tattoo if they win.

How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? I listened to the track almost the whole way through on Saturday.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? No chance whatsoever.
Who would you tip as the most likely winner? I’m not a gambling man but I’m looking at dark horse Jamie Allen to push on from third last year.

How have you been preparing for this year’s Dance Off? Failing to prepare is preparing to fail, so it’s definitely my year.
How would you rate your own chances of taking home the trophy? I’d rate my chances about as highly as the bookies do, about 1500/1. THERE’S ONLY 12 DANCERS!! *sad face*
