Iran international told he has a future at Bolton

Bolton midfielder Andranik Teymourian has been assured he has a future at the club by manager Sammy Lee. The Iran international joined The Trotters after the 2006 World Cup and enjoyed a successful start to his Premier League career. However, Teymourian appears to have fallen out of favour under Lee and has only managed two appearances so far this season. The 24-year-old spoke with the Bolton boss recently and has been told he is still considered a useful member of the squad. "I have talked with Sammy Lee," Teymourian told Iranian news agency ISNA. "He assured me that he believes in me and to trust him. "This does not mean I'll lose my motivation since this happened to Kevin Nolan and Gary Speed in the match against Chelsea. They were not even listed on the bench."
