Kammy says it's good to have Neil Warnock back and expects fireworks at Palace.
It's great for the game that Neil Warnock is back, simply because he's a character. He's got a love-hate relationship with everybody - 90 per cent of football fans hate him and 10 per cent like him.
But he's there to do a job; he's not there to be liked.
Some are surprised that he's come down south but it was no surprise for me. He would've wanted to go to a Premier League club but he couldn't get one - we all have a hope and a wish but the realities are that there wasn't an offer.
Having taken Sheffield United up, but for only one season, he's going to have to prove that he can take a side up there and keep them there. That's what Palace chairman Simon Jordan will be hoping he can do.
If he does that then he might get a Premier League job but at the moment he's got to go back down to the Championship and start again.
I think he'll adapt to life in London no problem. There's this big myth about London being a hard place to live when you're used to the peace of the countryside but where Crystal Palace is, he will be able to live just outside of it in Surrey and then travel in, no problem.
Clash
Many people believe that Jordan will clash with Neil, and they would be right. Of course they will clash - they are characters with big personalities so that's going to happen.
Jordan isn't the most popular character either. But the one thing you can say about him is that he will always put his money where his football club is. And he'll give Neil Warnock an opportunity to strengthen the squad and take them as far as he can.
And they'll clash if Jordan doesn't think the manager is doing his job properly and obviously Warnock won't sit there and take it.
So expect some fireworks, but remember that both men will give their all to turn things round at Selhurst Park.
Impact
Palace are struggling but I think Neil can make a fist of it this season. He can sort them out and have a go at at least getting them in the play-offs. He's in there early enough to do that.
Roy Keane did it with Sunderland last year and so under Neil I believe Palace have a chance.
They don't have enough quality in the squad and that is the reason they are where they are but that's for Warnock to sort out as soon as possible. He will look to loan players and then buy in January I'm sure.
On that note I would like to add that the loan system has abused the transfer window as clubs are loaning players until January and then handing over the money to sign that player permanently. So the introduction of the transfer window has not really changed anything below the Premier League in a sense.
But Warnock will be hoping to make an immediate impact, starting away at Blackpool - who haven't lost in 15 in all competitions at Bloomfield Road - but that's the only way you can win the supporters over.

Hi Chris, Late last season I got a reply from you when I asked you about Wolves and their need for a striker. Things didn't quite end up too well and it was down to our lack of goals. The new season has begun and the issue remains as we've only scored 11 in 10. Eastwood is a solid striker and I expect him to get 15+ goals. But there isn't another striker there to help him out. What is the cause for the lack of goals and do you think they need to go out and aggressively find it soon? Thanks, Chris Moore.
KAMMY REPLIES: I like Freddy Eastwood, I think he can become a quality, quality player and I'm a little surprised that he hasn't played more than he has for Wolves since his move from Southend. He's scored three in four starts but Mick McCarthy has four strikers in the squad that have potential Chris. As well as Eastwood they have Andy Keogh, Jay Bothroyd and Stephen Elliott. It's difficult for Mick to make a decision and to work out which pair to play and when. When he bought Eastwood I thought what a class player that is for £1.5million - he would out-strip any of the other players who cost that amount. But Mick's obviously not 100 per cent happy with him otherwise he would be playing week-in-week-out. I've see Wolves play a few times this season and it's been a mixed bag really - they have been unlucky a couple of times, and then other times they have got what they deserved. It's still early days so let things pan out - no one is out of it just yet. I'm a big lover of the play-offs - it's the best thing that's happened to the game for a long time. I read an ex-manager's comments the other day that the play-offs have been the cause of many sackings, but I believe that's rubbish. The play-offs have kept managers in jobs because they know that they've only got to finish sixth to get in there and they really do keep some club's seasons alive. And at this moment in time there isn't anybody in the Championship who is dead and buried.
Hey Kammy, I can't help but notice that things have turned ugly down here at Bournemouth. We made major cut backs to the squad during the summer period, many of whom were surplus to the club's requirements. With many of our players out with injury, we were forced to play Rob Newman, assistant manager, 43, against Bristol Rovers in the JPT on Tuesday, not to mention being named in the match day squad in the past four games. Jo Kuffour hasn't quite seemed to replace James Hayter, our prolific goalscorer of the past three years. And with an experienced backline, are we already doomed for another relegation battle this season? Samdeep Marwaha, Bournemouth.
KAMMY REPLIES: I feel sorry for Kevin Bond because that is a hard job. There's not a lot of money around and it has been very difficult to make ends meet at Bournemouth. But Harry Redknapp said he would take over one day so that could be enough to help them out in the future! So I would say Samdeep, don't despair. They are struggling at the moment but they're not down and out by any means. Look at the run that Leeds have been on - I know they have bigger and better resources but they have shown what can be done. They will need to call on the likes of Darren Anderton and Paul Telfer, players with a lot of experience, to dig them out of trouble. They'll get one or two loans from Harry at Portsmouth, Bond has already snapped up young Jem Karacan from Reading for a month, and that could pick up their season.
Alright Kammy, just wondered what your thoughts were on Darlington this season? We have made an impressive start so far and some of the players Dave Penney has brought in are real quality for this division. Personally I think we will go up automatically but as champions I'm not so sure as MK Dons are looking very solid. I think we are now going places with new chairman George Houghton. He has ambition and has done everything that he has said he was intending to do. Do you think we will go up? UP THE DARLO, Gaz
KAMMY REPLIES: I like Dave Penney and he is doing a great job at Darlington, as you say Gaz. I do believe that Doncaster missed a trick by getting rid of him because he's a good manager and you can see that by looking at the League Two table - he has really upped Darlington's game. The mark of a good team is seeing how they react to losing a game as they did against MK Dons and now they're back in form again, unbeaten in four and will push the Dons all the way.
