Berylson replaces Till as chairman
John G Berylson has replaced Stewart Till as chairman of Millwall football club.
Berylson became a significant shareholder at the League One club following their March EGM.
The American was already chairman of Millwall Holdings plc, and he has spent the last six months familiarising himself with English football.
Agreement
Berylson said: "It has always been my intention to assume chairmanship of the football club once I became more knowledgeable.
"All major decisions concerning the football club require my agreement as the main investor and it is important we have clear lines of accountability and responsibility."
Till, who will remain at the club as vice-chairman, added: "This new arrangement is the right one for the club going forward.
"I'm delighted to continue to be involved as we all work together for the good of Millwall."
