Unbeaten United will move a step closer to the knockout phase with a victory in the Group F clash in Ukraine.
But pointless Kiev need to win to keep their own European hopes alive and are aiming to make life uncomfortable for Sir Alex Ferguson's men.
Brazilian midfielder Rincon told
skysports.com: "This match is a final for us.
"If Manchester United win in Kiev our European adventures are finished and that would be really sad after three matches.
Disaster
"We have failed against our other rivals in the group and now we are desperate to avoid disaster."
Rincon admits any side with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Carols Tevez in their ranks are a threat, but insists on home soil his side are more than capable of causing an upset.
He added: "We have nothing to fear from United. Today the points difference between the teams is big but in 90 minutes things can change if we play our best football of the season.
"The English are the favourites but we are preparing to match them and a win is our objective."
