Wrexham midfielder to be out for three months
Wrexham midfielder Danny Williams is to undergo surgery on a long-standing back problem.
Williams will go under the knife later this week to cure a prolapsed disc which is expected to rule him out of action for three months.
"It has been going on for a couple of years, but it has got to the stage where something has to be done about it," a club spokesman said.
The 28-year-old has not featured for Wrexham since the 3-2 defeat to Macclesfield Town on 13th October.
Meanwhile, Mark Jones suffered a back injury against Nottingham Forest at the weekend and will have a scan later this week.
