Arsenal Ladies have signed Nigeria striker Asisat Oshoala from Liverpool for an undisclosed fee.

Oshoala joined the Reds from Nigerian side Rivers Angels last January and scored three goals in 12 WSL appearances.

The 21-year-old has appeared on the international stage at youth and senior level and was named the player of the tournament at the U20 World Cup in 2014 after finishing top scorer with seven goals.

"Asisat is a fantastic talent and will be a great addition to our squad,"  Arsenal Ladies manager Pedro Losa told the club's website.
