MK Dons midfielder Lloyd Dyer has been named Powerade League Two Player of the Month for October.
MK Dons midfielder Lloyd Dyer has been named Powerade League Two Player of the Month for October. Dyer has been at the heart of the Dons' excellent start to this season's campaign. The left winger helped his side secure four wins from their five league fixtures in October, chipping in with a couple of important goals along the way, including a vital strike to help Paul Ince's men come from behind to secure all three points at Mansfield. His attacking displays from midfield helped the Dons end the month at the top of League Two. Also short-listed for the October award in League Two were Liam Hatch of Barnet, Adam Rooney of Chesterfield (on loan from Stoke) and Chester's Richie Partridge. Awards panel chairman Chris Kamara said: "One of Lloyd's great strengths is his energy; he's able to motor up and down the left side all day and provides terrific service to his strikers. "He's also added goals to his game this month and his excellent all-round form is one of the main reasons why MK Dons remain the team to catch at the top of League Two."
