Inter star facing spell on sidelines
Internazionale winger Luis Figo is facing at least two months out after fracturing his right leg.
The Portuguese star suffered the injury in the second-half of Sunday's 1-1 Serie A draw with Juventus in Turin on Sunday.
He went under the surgeon's knife on Tuesday and the club's doctors say the surgery went well.
Rehabilitation
The 35-year-old is now set for a period of rehabilitation but is not expected to return until the end of January.
Figo's loss is a major blow to Inter boss Roberto Mancini, whose side currently top Serie A by a point and are top of UEFA Champions League Group G.
Mancini is already without a host of key players including Marco Materazzi (thigh), Patrick Vieira (calf), Dejan Stankovic (ankle) and Francesco Toldo (foot).
