Brazilian ace reveals his troubles
Internazionale striker Adriano claims he is suffering from depression.
The unhappy Brazilian came in for criticism from Inter boss Roberto Mancini earlier this week for his lifestyle.
Adriano has endured a miserable last year and has dropped well down the pecking order at the Giuseppe Meazza.
The South American claims the death of his father last year led to his spiral into depression.
Depressed
"I am still depressed and that does not allow me to train or play properly," Adriano told Brazilian television station Rede Globo.
"Everyone in their lives go through a negative period. The death of my father was a terrible moment and I suffered a great deal."
Adriano is now thought to be considering a move away from Inter when the transfer window reopens in January.
West Ham came close to signing the talented forward last August only for the move to fall through at the last minute.
The Hammers and Manchester City are thought to be monitoring Adriano's situation closely and could move for him in the New Year
Adriano is reported to have met with his agent this week to discuss the possibility of a move away in January.
