Harrogate Railyway cause FA Cup upset

Tiny Harrogate Railway are through to the second round of the FA Cup after defeating Conference strugglers Droylsden. Dagenham & Redbridge overcame the challenge of Hampton & Richmond, but Lewes were put to the sword by Mansfield. Non-league sides Weymouth, Exeter, Burton Albion and Horsham all booked their places in round two.
Darlington 1 Northampton 1
Darlington and Northampton will meet again at Sixfields after the League One side came from behind to force a replay. Darlo striker Gregg Blundell gave the home side an early lead but Colin Larkin (26) grabbed the equaliser for the Cobblers.
Eastbourne Borough 0 Weymouth 4
Stuart Beavon scored a quickfire late hat-trick as Weymouth overcame the challenge of Eastbourne Borough. Jefferson Louis (54) broke the deadlock before Beavon took over, scoring in the 81st, 85th and 88th minutes.
Exeter City 4 Stevenage 0
Exeter cruised to victory over Blue Square Premier rivals Stevenage with two goals in either half at St James Park. Wayne Carlisle was on target with the 18th minute opener and Jamie Mackie's second before the interval put the Grecians on top. Steve Basham added a third from the penalty spot on the hour mark before Matt Taylor completed the rout seven minutes later.
Halifax 0 Burton Albion 4
Burton Albion cruised into round two as Halifax were made to pay for the early dismissal of Anthony Griffith. Griffith received a straight red card for a professional foul in the 25th minute and Burton took immediate advantage, going ahead through top-scorer Daryl Clare. John McGrath added a second at the start of the second half, Clare grabbed his 10th of the season and McGrath (73) completed the scoring.
Hampton & Richmond 0 Dag & Red 3
Dagenham & Redbridge saw off non-league Hampton & Richmond with three second-half goals at the Beveree Stadium. Eric Godfey hit the post for Hampton and Ian Hodges headed over with the score still at 0-0 before the visitors took charge. Paul Benson's volley broke the deadlock before goals in the final seven minutes from Shane Huke and Ben Strevens added gloss to the scoreline.
Harrogate Railway 2 Droylsden 0
Tiny Harrogate Railway steamed into the second round with two goals in four second half minutes from Bryon Littlefair and Ryan Haigh. The UniBond First Division North side saw off the challenge of Blue Square Premier strugglers Droylsden on their sloping Station View pitch with Littlefair (65) and Haigh (69) the heroes. Railway, who reached the second round back in 2002, have now come through five ties to stand just 90 minutes away from a lucrative third round outing.
Horsham 4 Maidenhead Utd 1
Two goals from Lee Carney helped Horsham progress at the expense of Conference South outfit Maidenhead. Nigel Brake opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time with Carney on target either side of Dwane Lee's penalty for the visitors. Gary Charman's dismissal for two bookings gave Maidenhead hope, but Lee Farrell's last-minute goal sealed the victory.
Leyton Orient 1 Bristol Rovers 1
Richard Lambert's equaliser nine minutes from time earned Bristol Rovers a replay from their trip to Leyton Orient. Wayne Gray fired the home side in front in the 16th minute before Lambert's late leveller meant the League One rivals could not be separated.
Lincoln City 1 Nottm Forest 1
League Two strugglers Lincoln came from behind against Nottingham Forest to earn a replay against the former European champions. Lewis McGugan put the visitors in front when he reacted first after Alan Marriott had produced an impressive save from Junior Agogo's downward header. But Lincoln weathered the Forest storm and grabbed a fortuitous leveller before the break when Kelvin Wilson inadvertently diverted Paul Green's cross beyond goalkeeper Paul Smith.
Luton Town 1 Brentford 1
Calvin Andrew struck 11 minutes from time to spare Luton's blushes against Brentford at Kenilworth Road. Charlie Ide (20) had given Terry Butcher's side the lead with his first goal in 16 games before Andrew restored parity late in the day.
Mansfield 3 Lewes 0
First-half goals from brothers Michael and Rory Boulding helped Mansfield book their place in the second round as they overcame Lewes. Michael opened the scoring in the 33rd minute and sibling Rory, determined not to be outdone, made it 2-0 just seven minutes later. Ian Simpemba's second half dismissal for two bookings ensured there would be no dramatic comeback from the visitors with Ian Holmes (82) adding a late third.
Morecambe 0 Port Vale 2
Two early goals helped Port Vale sail into round two at the expense of Morecambe. George Pilkington settled any nerves for the League One side with his sixth minute opener before Calum Willock (22) added a second.
