England defender Ledley King has welcomed his return for Spurs as he continues his comeback from long-term injury.
King successfully played in the first half of Spurs' reserve game against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Along with fellow centre-back Ricardo Rocha, the pair successfully completed the first-half of the game.
The Spurs skipper had not played for the London club this season after undergoing knee surgery in the summer, with his absence a major blow for a Tottenham defence which has leaked goals.
Welcoming his return to action, King, who sported the captain's armband, said: "I'm now just thinking about trying to get as many minutes under my belt as I can before trying to get back into the first team squad.

"It was nice just to come through 45, my first in six months or so.
"I had confidence in the knee going out there and that is a good feeling."
Both King and Rocha looked comfortable at the back before they made way at the break for Dorian Dervite and Chris Riley.
And King almost made it a scoring return when his sixth minute header was pushed out by keeper Tony Warner following a Danny Rose corner.
But Spurs were left stunned by Ismael Ehui's strike in the 90th minute which gave Fulham a 1-0 victory.
