Latics ace vows to bounce back
Wigan defender Titus Bramble has vowed to silence his critics and bounce back from his mistake against Manchester City.
Bramble came under the spotlight after he was at fault for City's goal in the 1-1 draw last week at The JJB Stadium.
The former Newcastle man has been heavily criticised in the past for his defending, but Bramble insists he will not be affected by the negative press.
"I will put it behind me and move on. I can't afford to dwell on it," Bramble told the

"Everyone makes mistakes - it's how you react to them. I'm confident in my own ability. I think I've done very well since I came here.
"People can write what they want about me and say what they want. The only opinions that count for me are the manager's opinion and my family.
"As long as Steve Bruce thinks I'm doing well and the people closest to me think I'm doing well, that's all I care about.
"My confidence has been sky-high from the beginning. Playing every game has helped me silence the critics.
"Playing week in week out - that's all you want as a footballer."
Latics boss Steve Bruce has also given Bramble a vote of confidence to recover from the mistake.
"Yes, he committed a terrible howler against Man City. But individual mistakes happen," noted Bruce.
"I've taken him aside and told him we all make them - but, please, not any more!
"I saw Titus produce an unbelievable display at Arsenal. He was easily our best player.
"So I know exactly what he's capable of.
"I had a look at him before the start of the season when I knew he was available because, basically, you are getting a player Sir Bobby Robson reckoned was worth £5million for nothing - and he's a decent judge."
