Cottagers boss salutes Wales international
Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez has warned Everton to expect an improved Simon Davies when the sides meet this weekend.
The Wales international joined The Cottagers in January after an 18-month spell at Goodison Park.
Many felt Davies disappointed during his Everton career, although Sanchez believes having a key role in a settled side has helped him to fulfil the potential spotted by Tottenham earlier in his career.
Looking forward
"Simon will be looking forward to going back to his old club," explained Sanchez.
"Someone said to me the other day he's now living up to the potential he showed when Tottenham bought him from Peterborough.
"He didn't have the best time at Spurs and he wasn't at Everton for that long. But now he's in a settled position in a settled team and he's showing the qualities those clubs thought he had."
