Natalie Sawyer took over the Women in Sport Twitter account on Wednesday afternoon for a special Q&A during Women's Sport Week.

Have a look at how Sky Sports News HQ presenter and Brentford fan Natalie got along.

What do you make of women's teams being added to FIFA 16?

It's great! The global popularity of FIFA is huge. For the England women's team to be part of it will boost their profile even more.

Who's your favourite Brentford player?

My favourite all-time Brentford player would be Dean Holdsworth. But in the current squad, it's definitely Jonathan Douglas!

What barriers have you faced as a woman in sport and how have you overcome them?

More from Women's Sport Week

I've worked in sport for 15 years, at TEAMtalk before Sky Sports and I'm happy to say that I've never really experienced any negativity because I’m a woman. I know it's not a level playing field but attitudes are changing. At Sky - in front of camera or behind the scenes - if you're the best for the job, man or woman, you'll get it.

What advice would you give to aspiring female sport journalists? What’s the hardest part of your job & what do you enjoy most?

I enjoy working in sport as it's fun and it's my passion. The tricky part can be covering sports which I'm less familiar with, but it means I'm always learning on the job.

That's what I would say to any young aspiring sports journalists. Keep across as much as you can and get yourself out there. Go down to your local non-league team to grab an interview for the experience and learn from what others are doing too.

Should news drop saying women in front of sports? E.g. Women's World Cup. Equality purposes.

I think you have to differentiate between the two. Wouldn't it be great one day if there was just the one FIFA World Cup every four years. Men & women competing separately but under the same event, same year, same grounds, same country, same profile, same fans!

Why are you supporting Women’s Sport Week 2015?

Women's Sport Week is a great time to celebrate the successes in women's sport and continue to raise profile of achievements. It's also a chance to encourage everyone to get involved in sport at all levels and that's why I'm fully behind it.
