Partick Thistle manager Alan Archibald will make changes for the Scottish Premiership clash with Kilmarnock.

Thistle winger Ryan Stevenson will definitely miss the Firhill encounter after undergoing knee surgery.

And with safety assured, Archibald may leave out some players who are a booking away from suspension.

Long-term casualties Dan Seaborne and Sean Welsh remain out of action.

Defender Mark Connolly could reclaim a starting spot for Kilmarnock when they make the trip to Glasgow.

Connolly returned to action for the final 20 minutes in last weekend’s 3-1 defeat to Motherwell after recovering from a broken collarbone.

Killie boss Gary Locke is desperate to have him involved against the Jags, as the visitors look for a victory which would secure their top-flight status for next season.

However, full-back Chris Chantler (ankle) and Sammy Clingan (knee) miss out, as does long-term injury victim Michael Ngoo (ankle).
