MK Dons boss staying with League Two club

Milton Keynes Dons manager Paul Ince has insisted he does not want a role in the England coaching setup. Fabio Capello wants his backroom team to include an Englishman as well as the four Italians who have already agreed to work with him. Ince's name has been mentioned due to his understanding of Italian, his record as a player with England, and the bright start he has made to his managerial career. However, Ince, who spoke out against the appointment of Capello, has stressed that he would not be interested. He told Sky Sports News: "Absolutely no chance, I'm not interested in the slightest. "I enjoy being a manager and I'm not one who wants to play second fiddle to people. I like the responsibility of being in charge, working with the team. "He's brought another four Italians with him so I can't really see where the English coach is going to fit in, and it certainly won't be me. "It's a sad indictment that we have to go scouring Europe to find a manager. You can see his quality but it's not all about CVs."

Inter dream

Ince admits he would like to manage England one day, but another dream would be to take charge of Internazionale. But he has assured MK Dons fans that he has no intention of leaving the League Two club in the near future. "Hopefully I'll finish at Inter Milan but until then I'm enjoying it here and I want to take this club as far as I can take them," he explained. "I think this is the right way to work. There are obstacles I'm looking forward to overcoming and in an ideal world you'd go straight into the Premier League, but I'm more than happy doing it this way. "It's always been a dream of mine (to manage Inter), and if you've got an Italian in charge of the England team then why not? "I went there when I left Manchester United and I still get on really well with president Massimo Moratti. "Of course I'd love to manage my country, I'm still patriotic. Once I've done a couple of years at Inter I might come out of retirement and manage England."
