Portsmouth are keeping tabs on the progress of France Under 21 international Razak Boukari.
The Togo-born youngster currently plays for Lens, having joined the club from Chateauroux in 2006.
He has made 11 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, although he is yet to establish himself as a permanent fixture in Jean-Pierre Papin's starting XI.
However, reports in
L'Equipe claim that Pompey have been monitoring the 20-year-old's performances this season.
Boukari is under contract until 2011 and is capable of playing in midfield or up front.
