Lawrie Sanchez has left his post as Fulham boss after just eight months and we want your views.
The former Northern Ireland manager kept the club in the Premier League at the end of last season, but has struggled this term.
After investing heavily over the summer, Sanchez has been rewarded with just two wins in 17 league games and a place in the relegation zone.
But have the club acted prematurely in getting rid of Sanchez? Or is it the right time to make a change with the transfer window looming?
And who do you think should replace Sanchez at Craven Cottage? Should it be John Collins, who quit as Hibs boss on Thursday?
