Defender hoping deal will be struck before he leaves for Africa
Bobo Balde has admitted that he would be happy to join Bolton if the club can agree a fee with Celtic.
Trotters boss Gary Megson is keen to strengthen his defence during the transfer window and has identified the Guinea international as his top target.
Discussions between the Premier League side and their SPL counterparts have been ongoing for a few days now, and whilst an agreement is yet to be reached both clubs, and the player himself, are keen to resolve the issue before the African Cup of Nations begins on 20th January.
Agreement
"If the clubs reach an agreement I will go to Bolton," Balde told
The Sun.
"Celtic know my position and I'm only waiting for news.
"I want my future to be resolved in the next few days."
