Dagenham & Redbridge have snapped up Peter Gain and Shabazz Baidoo on free transfers.
Gain and Baidoo became available after their contracts at Peterborough United and Queens Park Rangers respectively were cancelled earlier this week.
Midfielder Gain had also been wanted by Mansfield Town after being deemed surplus to requirements at promotion hopefuls Peterborough.
He rejected loan moves to fellow League Two clubs Bury and Wrexham in November, but has signed an 18-month contract with Dagenham.
Baidoo has agreed a deal until the end of the season with the Daggers after his departure from QPR.
The striker had not featured for the Championship club this term, but had recently been on loan at Gillingham.
