VVV as they came from behind to draw 1-1.
Rachid Ofrany gave the home side the perfect start when he netted with less than 60 seconds on the clock, but Balazs Dzsudzsak levelled for PSV in the 12th minute.
VVV were then reduced to 10 men when Peter Reekers, who had already been booked for dissent, was dismissed in the 33rd minute after receiving a second yellow card from referee Jack van Hulten.

Sparta Rotterdam climbed off the bottom of the table as they routed
De Graafschap 6-1, with the home side racing into a 3-0 lead with just 26 minutes on the clock.
Yuri Rose opened the scoring in the seventh minute with Charles Dissels and Sepp De Roover also finding the net.
Arnar Vidarsson (36) did respond for the shell-shocked visitors, but Resit Schuurman's own goal after the break and further strikes from Dissels (60) and Nourdin Boukhari (69) completed the scoring.
Two goals from Blaise N'Kufo helped
Twente Enschede to a 3-1 victory over
FC Groningen and saw the home side move to within four points of PSV.
N'Kufo was on target in the 29th minute, before fellow high-flyers Groningen levelled just after the interval through Goran Lovre.
Orlando Engelaar (53) restored Twente's advantage before N'Kufo's second of the day sealed the points with time running out.
