Striker decides to stay at Ashton Gate
Bristol City striker Enoch Showunmi has turned down a move to Leeds United.
Showunmi travelled to Elland Road for talks after the League One side had an offer accepted by City on Wednesday.
But the Nigeria international has rejected the chance to link up with Dennis Wise's squad in order to stay at Ashton Gate.
The 25-year-old is out of contract with City at the end of the season, but wants to fight for a first-team spot.
He has made 15 appearances in the Championship for Gary Johnson's high-flyers this season and has contributed three goals.
His decision to snub Leeds could prompt Wise to look elsewhere for reinforcements after losing Leon Constantine to injury.
