Milan are hopeful that Alexandre Pato will be fit for the first leg of the UEFA Champions League match against Arsenal on 20th February. The Brazilian striker, who has netted four times in six appearances this season, damaged his left ankle shortly after scoring in Sunday's 1-0 Serie A win against Fiorentina. Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani remains optimistic that Pato will be available for the clash, while revealing that Gennaro Gattuso is close to returning from a thigh problem. "I have spoken to the doctors. Our hope is to have him (Pato) available for the game in London," he said. "Gattuso has a thigh problem. We will have to speak to the doctors but we hope to have him back next week."
