Former QPR striker returns to the Midlands
League One promotion hopefuls Walsall have offered Stefan Moore a trial as they look to pep-up their attack for the season's final furlong.
Richard Money's Saddlers have exceeded all expectations this term and are looking for one final push as they attempt to cement a play-off berth.
Moore, older brother of Luke - who last week joined West Brom on loan from Aston Villa - spent the early part of this season at QPR but was released.
Money believes the 24-year-old could benefit from a return to the Midlands and will observe the player in action for the club's reserves against Leicester on Tuesday.
"We have Stefan Moore with us at the moment, who came in on Thursday and Friday," said Money.
"He is an ex-Villa lad and a Birmingham boy and sometimes we try to get people at just the right time and maybe he wants to come back to the Midlands.
"It might be the right time for Stefan to give us something from now until the end of the season but let's wait and see."
