MK Dons chairman Pete Winkelman believes only a Premier League club could lure boss Paul Ince away from stadium:mk.
Ince has impressed since he took charge of the League Two club last June, with his side currently top of the table.
Furthermore, MK Dons booked their place in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final at Wembley with a penalty shoot-out victory over Swansea on Monday.
Ince has been linked with a number of jobs in the past, however Winkelman insists the club will do everything within their power to hold onto their manager.
"Every top job that comes up people are going to think about Paul Ince - quite rightly because he is a top manager," he said
The Sun,
"But our job is to try and keep hold of him as long as we can. And I believe it will take something special - maybe a Premier League job - before Paul would want to leave here."
