Lyon boss looks to French star
Alain Perrin believes Karim Benzema can play a key role in Lyon's bid to reach the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
Perrin's men go head-to-head with Manchester United on Tuesday evening with the second leg of their last 16 tie delicately poised at 1-1.
Benzema demonstrated his class in the first leg at Stade Gerland, firing in the game's opener with a superb strike.
And Perrin is hopeful that the France international - a reported Red Devils target - can inspire his team-mates at Old Trafford.
"Benzema is one of the key players who could make a difference for us tomorrow," he said.
"It could come down to his quality as an individual, his skill and technique.
"He can create a chance and score and is dangerous in different areas."
