Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is under 'extreme pressure'

Peter Reid believes Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is under extreme pressure and that his 'boring' football is not good enough.

Speaking on Goals on Sunday, the former Manchester City and Sunderland manager spoke of the expectation of the United fans that their team will play entertaining football and how the current side are failing to live up to that.

Reid also discussed the prospect of Jose Mourinho taking over at Old Trafford following reports that he sent a six-page letter to the club outlining his plans should be be given the job.
