Trinidad striker departs County
Hector Sam has left Notts County after they agreed to terminate the striker's contract.
The 30-year-old moved to Meadow Lane last summer on a one-year deal following his release by Walsall.
Sam, who made 24 appearances for the Magpies in all competitions this season and scored two goals, has found first-team opportunities limited since the arrival of Danny Crow and Ryan Jarvis.
"Hector has worked hard during his time here and we would like to wish him all the very best for the future," assistant manager Dave Kevan told the club's official website.
