Parma have confirmed that Hector Cuper will be their new coach.
The Argentine tactician has agreed a deal until the end of the season as he looks to try and help keep the Gialloblu in Serie A.
President Tommaso Ghiradi axed coach Domenico Di Carlo on Monday and he has wasted little time in finding his replacement.
"Even if the contract is not signed yet, it's practically done," said Ghiradi.
"We chose an experienced coach like Cuper to help us."
Parma are currently fourth from bottom in Serie A - a point adrift of guaranteed safety.
